How we handle customer reviews

• Anyone can submit a review of a product on its page. We ask for a name, an e-mail address (not published) and a rating; text and photos are optional.
• Every review is checked before publication for unlawful content, spam, advertising and personal data of third parties. We do not edit the content of reviews and we do not reject a review because it is negative.
• A review is marked "Verified purchase" only when our system has matched it to an order placed in this Store with the same e-mail address. Reviews without this mark come from visitors whose purchase we could not confirm; they are published with the same rules but without the mark.
• We do not buy reviews, we do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, and we do not publish reviews written by our staff or by third parties on our behalf.
• Photos attached to reviews are shown as uploaded, after the same check.
• If you want to correct or remove your review, write to support@nazva.eu from the e-mail address you used.
