Cookie Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how NAZVA s. r. o. ("NAZVA", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on nazva.eu (the "Store"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels (tiny images or scripts that record that a page or action happened) and browser storage (local storage and session storage). In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
2. Who is responsible
The controller is NAZVA s. r. o., Topoľčianska 4083/24, 851 05 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, support@nazva.eu. Our consent tool is Consentmo GDPR Compliance, operated by iSenseLabs, Prof. Georgi Bradistilov St. 4, Sofia, Bulgaria. It records your choices and blocks non-essential cookies until you consent.
3. How consent works
- When you first visit the Store you see a cookie banner with three options: Accept, Reject and Preferences. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not limit your ability to shop.
- Necessary cookies are set without consent because the Store cannot work without them. All other categories are set only after you accept them.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page of the Store: the banner opens again and you can accept, reject or change individual categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
- Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.
4. Categories of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Running the Store: shopping cart, checkout and payment, login to your account, security and fraud prevention, remembering the language and country you selected, showing product carousels and menus, the wish list you build by clicking the heart icon (stored only in your browser), and recording your cookie choices | Shopify platform and checkout cookies, our own store scripts, Consentmo consent record | Not required |
| Statistics | Understanding how visitors use the Store so that we can improve it. Data is aggregated and does not identify you. Set only after consent; without consent Google Analytics does not load | Shopify analytics; Google Analytics 4 and the Google tag of the Google & YouTube sales channel (Google Ireland Limited): _ga, _ga_*
|
Required |
| Marketing | Measuring our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and showing you relevant ads. Set only after consent; without consent the Meta pixel does not load | Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): _fbp, _fbc and related storage |
Required |
| Functional | Remembering choices that make the Store more convenient, such as your preferred language | Shopify preference cookies | Required |
5. The complete list
The full, automatically updated list of cookies and similar technologies, with the name, provider, purpose and lifetime of each item, is shown in the Preferences window of the cookie banner. Open it via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We update that list with every scan of the Store; this policy describes the categories and providers, which change less often.
6. Third-party providers
- Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Dublin, Ireland, on behalf of Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada): the platform that hosts the Store, the checkout and Shopify analytics. Privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
